  1. Population and dissenters: There are about 30 Families in my Parish, of which only 2 or 3 persons are Dissenters, of the Presbyterian perswasion. There is No Meeting-house of Dissenters.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no publick Charity-school Endowed or otherwise in my parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There are a few Alms-houses in my parish, But no Lands for the Repair of the Church no other pious use. I know of no Abuse in ye Management of the said Alms-houses.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally upon my Cure and in my Parsonage House.

  5. Curate: I have no residing Curate, tho’ (if my Place wou’d have allowed it) I have had occasion enough for One. But my Parish being small I with the greatest difficulty serv’d it myself for many years after I was entirely deprived of ye use of my Legs by ye Gout. But being incapable at present of Serving it, my Place is Supplied by 2 Neighbours, viz. Mr Bate & Mr Glubb – alternately.

  6. Divine service at other churches: [No answer given]

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d every Lord’s-day in my Church with a Sermon in ye Morning or After=noon.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four Times in the Year.

  9. Number of communicants: The Number of those that usually receive the Sacrament in my Parish is about 25 or 30 at Easter last there were, I believe, a few more than 30, as usual at that Time.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children of my Parish are usually Catechiz’d during good part of ye Summer.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within my Parish.
